Specifically, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Financial Applications Developer.
The role of the Senior Oracle Developer is to support key business software applications and plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
Develop, maintain and nurture a positive IT / internal Customer relationship.
Lead projects from inception through completion, working independently and interacting with senior organization employees.
Maintain and manage the Oracle Applications R12 modules and related integrations/interfaces.
Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
Develop complex, detailed functional designs (BR100's) for new business requirements
Develop complex solutions per functional specifications using APIs, Open Interfaces, approved Oracle extension
Understand the existing AQ (Advance Queuing) and MQ architecture and support various interfaces between Oracle EBS and others business units
Identify inadequate or inefficient systems and recommend alternatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency. Contribute and assist with the evaluation of new business solutions.
Conduct research into on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts. Perform technical analysis of software components.
Work with key members of various departments to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements
Develop test scripts and perform in-depth tests, including system and integration, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support
For assigned projects and tasks, assure all necessary resources are requested in a timely manner and the objectives are widely communicated and clearly understood by all involved. Provide clear communications to management regarding timelines, issues and requirements and personal training needs.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential problem areas in IT systems across the organization
Provide orientation / training to superusers for all modified and new systems

BS in Computer Science,
5-7 years of experience designing, developing and coding complex solutions for Oracle applications.
Computer skills: UNIX, SQL, PLSQL, Toad / SQLDeveloper equivalent tool, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, OAF, Oracle Applications 11i/ R12 Financials.
5 years, in Oracle ebusiness 11i or 12, Experience working on TCA (Trading Community Architecture), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP),General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), iProcurements, iPayments (R12 version) , iReceivables, Workflow 2.6.3 is highly preferred.
Familiarity with MQ messaging / Advance Queuing (AQ).
Prior experience leading a technical team of employees or external consultants
Ability: Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. Interact with all levels of co-workers. Manage multiple priorities. Interpret and apply policies and procedures appropriately. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret user requirements, functional documents and knowledge of AIM documentation for Oracle Applications.
Excellent knowledge of company's objectives and strategies. Excellent organizational, leadership and decision making skills.
Minimum of 5years experience supporting financial management systems or equivalent is required
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions
Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies as adopted by the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications, listening skills, assertiveness, decision making, problem solving and stress management
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
