Xplor Solutions is seeking an Oracle Functional Application Lead (OM, INV, PO) for Playa Vista, CA.
This is a permanent position and candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
As an Oracle Functional Application Lead (OM, INV, PO), you will be responsible to lead, execute design, develop, and support various Oracle related tasks and projects. Be able to complete changes or projects in conjunction with other Business Analysts, Developers, and internal customers. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of tools, technologies, procedures, and business concepts relevant to your application Area. Demonstrates expert analytical, troubleshooting, and design skills. Works under minimal supervision and be able to identify and prioritize sub-tasks within assigned priorities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7+ years of experience in Oracle Applications (Version 11i or higher) in the following modules:
Order Management (OM)
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead sessions with internal customers and other IT team members, to develop, document and refine requirements. Be able to build appropriate times lines and coordinate with cross functional teams.
Translate business requirements into technical design specifications as required
Utilize applicable application configuration and development toolsets to build, configure and test solutions to follow design specification and meet business requirements.
Understand business drivers for a given project. Make suggestions and proposes solutions that optimize development cost with business benefits.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of regional business processes, systems, policies and procedures while ensuring one's own work contributes to the organization's strategic goals.
Develop solutions that adhere to a strict level of security. Customer and company data must be protected at all times and appropriate coding or configuration should be followed to protect security of data.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision and assist other team members as required.
Work under the direction and guidance provided by IT Managers or Directors.
Estimate the work-effort for their own tasks and take responsibility for on-time delivery for their tasks. Provide pro-active feedback on status and raises issues.
Demonstrate project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects and enhancements simultaneously.
Make recommendations and implement improvements proactively.
Troubleshoot problems that arise while debugging issues
Provide first and second level support, ensuring that the issues are clearly understood before proposing or implementing solutions. Log all customer problem calls and e-mails, work with external vendors, document support actions, and update status information into the IT service ticketing system.
Mentor others on new technologies and contribute in defining technical standards for team.
Be able to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical customers
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
