Job Description:
i360 is looking for Oracle Help Desk support candidates to support Oracle Federal Financials system global model as well as support the IT departments of agencies migrating to the global model. This position will require the selected candidate to undergo an investigation for DOD clearance. This project is on-boarding October 2013.

Staff the Help desk to include resolving deployed Agency and partner functional issues and elevating defects and change requests through the Configuration Management process.
Assist users in troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, upgrading, monitoring, maintaining and operating Oracle Federal Financial applications currently at version 11i, but soon to be R12
Document Help desk trouble tickets in the help desk ticketing tool and leveraging the tool to create help desk metrics and frequently asked question guides.
Document defects or enhancement requests
Analyze and resolving reported help desk problems
Triage problems to determine potential causes and to resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
Support requirements and provide documentation in support of functional initiatives
Provide typical consulting services and assistance to users and other related product teams to improve functionality and performance of the applications and processes
Support and contribute to knowledge base and web-based repositories such as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for sharing software solutions and program information
Manage outreach and communications tasks
Assist the training team to develop and conduct functional help desk training sessions for new partner help desk team members
Support extended help desk hours (24x7) pager duty on a rotating basis as needed for Severity Level 1 tickets
Work closely with DBA and network teams to resolve technical issues
Perform development, testing, and distribution of diagnostic and manipulative scripts or utilities when appropriate
Coordinate and provide clear communications with other associated help desk and support groups
Maintain current help desk Standard Operating Procedures
Support Help desk 5 days per week (M-F) on client site during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm

Oracle Help Desk OTL Federal Financial SME- Must be DOD Clearable
Demonstrated prior experience implementing or supporting Oracle Federal Financials 11i, with emphasis on analysis, implementation and problem resolution across multiple process areas and modules
Demonstrated prior Oracle Federal Financials 11i experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: Acquire to Retire
Cost Accounting
Procure to Pay
Budget to Report
Order to Cost
Time & Labor

Demonstrated prior experience implementing or supporting Oracle EBS Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Human Resources module functionality in the Federal sector, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of: Time Capture, Entry Rules, Validations, Approvals
Labor Costs Capture, Accrual, Reporting
Tour of Duty
Manage Roles & Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience working with Serena Dimensions CRM tool
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving ability; preferably with prior experience working to analyze and resolve help desk items
Excellent customer service skills including ability and desire to answer phones and log help desk tickets when necessary
Ability to carry emergency help desk team blackberry on a rotating basis during one week of evenings per month and during one weekend per month
Ability to troubleshoot and escalate forms, browser and network connectivity problems
Demonstrated prior experience in working as a team member with other groups to resolve technical issues
Demonstrated prior experience in troubleshooting Oracle E-Business Suite workflow administration issues

Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to complete a DOD background check (existing DOD Clearance is a Plus)
Must be a US Citizen

Resources to be local to the metro Washington DC area, or willing to relocate
