A proven functional/technical background with at least 5 global full lifecycle Oracle 11i implementation and 15+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
At least 10 years of experience implementing Oracle EBS Modules with emphasis on order to cash cycles
Proven experience managing and developing individual contributors as well as management level roles
Experience helping Consumer Goods/Direct Marketing companies transform the way they do business and align their ERP with their overall corporate strategy
Background designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as a Project Manager/Solution Architect
Proven history as a resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Ability to collaborate with business leaders and communicate effectively
Strong project management, Oracle EBS configuration and design skills
Ability to travel (up to 50% internationally)
Deep skills in PIM, Inventory, PO, ASCP, CST,GL,SLA, AP, CM, Order Management, Pricing, TCA, ebTax, AR, Advanced Collections, Customer Hub, TCA, Oracle EBS Service Suite, with global implementation experience
