Job Description: i360technologies, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Oracle Federal Financial R12 Developers to support our federal client in a large upgrade / reimplementation from 11i to R12.

Expected duties:
Serve as functional and technical consultant within a team to migrate Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) eBusiness Suite (EBS) 11i applications to R12
Perform SDLC tasks related to the migration of RICE/CEMLI code from 11i to R12 for analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documenting, and training
Provide knowledge and experience in configuring, testing, implementing the R12 Payments module in an OFF environment
Perform development using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL)
Develop and implement technical solutions to achieve compliance with GTAS and other OMB regulatory/reporting requirements (TA2, TA3) in accordance with functional designs
Verify compliance with Financial business and reporting requirements (TA4)
Recommend standardizations, mappings, and data cleansing in preparation for data conversions and legacy system integrations
Execution of Unit testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing of development work and document results per approved test templates and procedures
Prepare project documentation including requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, user guides, status reports, and meeting minutes
Develop detailed design documentation for all reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions
Assist with test plans, test scripts, test data
Work within project standards to ensure consistency and ease of long term maintenance of applications
Work effectively and collaboratively with client and other consultants to achieve overall project objectives and success
Assist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules
Provide problem analysis/diagnosis/resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support
Provide knowledge transfer to support personnel and users as needed

R12 Oracle Federal Financials Apps Developer- Must be Public Trust Clearable
Minimum of 2 years experience in implementing Oracle applications in a Federal environment
7 years or more of relevant specialized professional functional and technical experience
Demonstrated experience implementing and/or upgrading to Oracle R12 (12.1.3 preferred) applications with functional and technical expertise specifically developing new RICE/CEMLI code and analyzing and re-writing R11i code for R12 as part of an R12 implementation or upgrade
Demonstrated experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle 11i (11.5.10) applications with functional and technical expertise
Demonstrated expertise with the following: PL/SQL
SQLPlus
Workflow
Forms
OAF Forms
Shell Scripting
SQLLoader
DataLoader
Java

Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite
Demonstrated prior experience developing with PL/SQL and configuring where needed in Oracle EBS R12 environment the following areas: Oracle workflows
Form personalizations
Concurrent requests
Alerts
Interfaces
Extensions
Legacy data conversions

Functional/business understanding of Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting especially Federal Financial Management
Prior experience developing technical designs including interface and extension designs
Prior experience designing and executing unit tests and end-to-end integration testing
Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports
Experience using Oracle AIM and/or OUM through the full SDLC and developing technical documentation using AIM/OUM templates
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, etc. and 7 years or more of relevant specialized professional functional and technical experience
MS/MA degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or other relevant certification is a plus
Strong English written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to effectively facilitate and participate in meetings and workshops
Ability to develop polished, professional documentation and other written materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong work-ethic and sense of responsibility and ownership with regard to assigned tasks, activities, and work products
Relentless and persistent commitment to quality of solutions and services provided to client
Experience with web services and SOA is a plus
US Citizen (Green Card Holders are welcomed)
