Job Title: Oracle SOA Developer

Location: Calverton, MD

Type: Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000. Full benefits offered.

Position Overview:

This position provides support to implement a new case management and credentialing system for Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) workers. The Oracle SOA Developer is responsible for building and testing SOA interfaces using Oracle SOA suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) products to provide SOA foundational architecture for the end solution. The position is also responsible for; analyzing the interface requirements and defining the data requirements with external partners to integrate with internal and external systems; finalizing technology and architecture details related to the integration solution.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably with an Information Technology related discipline.
  • 3 or more years of experience working in large, complex integration projects with skills across Oracle Fusion Middleware 10g/11g SOA products;
    • Oracle SOA suite (BPEL, Mediator, etc.)
    • Oracle WebLogic server
    • HTTP, SOAP, and REST web services
  • Familiar with open source standards for integration, including XMP, WSDL, SOAP, etc.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
