The Order Entry Clerk is directly responsible for preparing paid and free subscription orders for keying.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Open, sort and batch paid/non-paid mail

  • Cashier and process credit card orders

  • Look up records on database

  • Work and balance transaction processing reports

  • Prepare and enter control sheets / financial reports

  • Additional related duties/responsibilities as determined by management


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be able to read and write the English language

  • 3-6 months work experience of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and email

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Previous order entry experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Hard-working, dedicated and motivated

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Basic computer proficiency
