Order Entry Clerk / Receptionist - Sunnyvale, CA

We are seeking a Order Entry Clerk/Receptionist to join our growing team. In this role you will be working in order entry and be responsible for answering the phones and greeting Proofpoint guests and customers. This is a temp to perm position.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Order Entry responsibilities:
    • Review contracts and order paper work for completeness and accuracy. If not complete, work directly with Sales Reps to obtain necessary paperwork
    • Process orders and input renewal and order information into SalesForce.com & Great Plains
  • Receptionist duties:
    • Answer phones
    • Greet visitors
Requirements:
  • Must be meticulous, detail oriented, and organized
  • Must have strong people/customer service skills
  • Solid MS Office and Computer skills
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
