**Position to start on June 30th. The first 2 weeks would be on a part time basis for training with full time hours starting the middle of July. The contract will run thru the end of October.

Responsible for processing a high volume of incoming orders in a timely and accurate manner. He/she will monitor active accounts for timely payments and changes in payment trends and process orders related to shows and the internet. This position will ultimately support business objectives by providing timely service to our customers and prudently managing resources entrusted to us.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education : High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Experience : 1-2 years’ order entry or related experience preferred.
• Accurate data entry
• Good time management skills
• Flexible to learn new tasks where needed
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
Other Requirements :
• Efficient and accurate typist.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
