Bremen Castings, Inc. is a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop and gray and ductile iron foundry, serving customer needs since 1939. We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate easily and effectively with both our customers and the BCI team. This is a responsible position that involves exceptional attention to detail with regard to entering sales orders into our ERP system and verifying the accuracy of orders. Duties include entering all new and revised orders into our ERP system, as well as managing EDI and Kan Ban programs with multiple large customers. This position is also responsible for all hard copy purchase orders and for supporting the Customer Service Manager with a wide range of duties and tasks that can change on a daily basis. Additionally, qualified candidates are preferred to have a high school diploma or G.E.D., 2-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, strong literacy skills, and an attention to detail.
