Customer service support for delivery coordination, including networking questions to help support system engineers
• Coordinate internal sales and support as needed for major installations
• Process orders submitted by the sales department for all business equipment, software and services offered by GFC
• Schedule equipment order deliveries and networking systems needs for external customers
• Process incoming product from vendors
• Coordinate transfers of equipment from warehouse to the appropriate office
• Process customer requests to move equipment
• Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the Inventory Management department procedures and is able to complete all department tasks
• Maintain product knowledge to manage procedures
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to type 35-40 wpm
• Excellent data entry skills
• Possess a basic-to-intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous networking knowledge a plus
