Person in this position is responsible for the receipt and verification of customer purchase orders to process sales a orders as per company guidelines. Purchase orders are reviewed for product accuracy and appropriate special discount approval when required. Expedites shipment and provides product information. Also responsible for Return Authorizations validation, researching equipment availabillity and processing. Researches any claims customer may have post shipment.
Process and confirm purchase orders and return authorizations in a timely manner. Communicate any required changes to purchase order: pricing, part number, etc. to customer. Review purchase orders with special discounts for proper approval. Validate warranty and issue Return Authorizations. Investigate and process sales adjustments in timely manner.As liaison, communicate customer's requests for urgent/critical requirements to allocation managers..Document and report shipment discrepancies to assure prompt resolution..Promptly address customer's requests for information and direct customer appropriately for assistance if not a customer service function
Excellent typing capabilities, working knowledge of personal computer: Outlook, Excel and Word, good written and verbal communication skills ,deliver friendly, professional and courteous customer service; ability to prioritize and multi-task, ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Bachelors Degree with 5 years related experience or a minimum of 15 years related experience with a High School diploma
Bilingual in English and Spanish;
design and development of complex software programs; certified training in Six Sigma
