Job Responsibilities:
This person reports to the Supervisor of Order Operations and is part of a seven person team responsible for performing billing functions for our Government Aggregation Program business. This position requires excellent communication, problem resolution and customer service skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Generate invoices for immixGroup’s customers
· Generate and issue purchase orders to immixGroup’s manufacturers
· Research and resolve customer inquires related to product invoicing
· Support immixGroup’s internal collection team in collecting disputed invoices from customers
· Assist with credit card processing
· Review and analyze invoices and detailed back up from manufacturer clients
Position Requirements:
· BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related field
· Or 1-2 years recent billing or accounting experience in the Government reseller industry
· Must be able to work flexible hours to handle peak times
· Must live in within 30 miles of immixGroup’s office in McLean, VA office
Highly Desirable Attributes:
· Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Excellent verbal and written communication required
· WAWF experience
