Employee signs onto his hand held computer and he is assigned an order to pick. The Picker uses a steel "milk hook" to drag cases along the floor. The Picker begins picking units and cases making stacks of six cases high on a floor conveyor. The Picker then must count the stacks and cases to verify order is picked correctly then the order is sent to the merge station and the Picker is assigned the next order.
Picker washes the pick lines with a hose and cleans up any dumped product.
