Organization Research Associate Responsibilities:
Conduct various types of employee surveys and data collection efforts relating to employee engagement, organizational culture, skills capture, exiting employee information, manager evaluation, new hire process, voice of customer and job evaluation.

Conduct various employee assessment initiatives and programs such as 360 assessments, peer evaluations, skill assessments

Analyze the results of the surveys in order to consult on and facilitate feedback and action planning.

Train facilitators on the survey process.

Conduct focus group interviews.

Conduct needs assessment in order to identify possible research activities.

Utilize human capital metrics in order to assess organizational performance.

Conduct comment analysis associated with surveys.

Development and production of scorecards and associated analytics.


PhD or MA in I/O Psychology or equivalent.

Knowledge of organizational culture, climate and development.

3 or more years experience conducting employee surveys.

Experience setting up and administering employee surveys using survey administration software.

Excellent PC skills including SPSS, Word and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of statistics including multiple regression, factor analysis and structural equation modeling.

Experience in analysis of comments with SPSS Text Analytics a plus

Ability to gather critical information in order to provide solutions for problems.

Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and concern for customer satisfaction.

Strong skills in data analysis and research methodology.

Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, oversee, and complete a multitude of projects simultaneously.

Clear communication skills: both verbal and written.

Ability to work well with clients and other team members.

Presentation and interface skills.
