Responsible for the thought leadership and the actions (as appropriate) with BPR and organizational change associated with transforming complex business processes.

Minimum of 5 years experience in the development of change management and BPR strategies with emphasis on end user adoption of the implemented COTS OEM tool.
Experience in the establishment of governance structures and processes to facilitate organizational change.
Experience in producing communications materials for information technology systems.
Experience developing communications plans, briefings, and other communications vehicles using outlines and resource material provided by functional analysts and technical development personnel.
Experience with developing and reviewing training documentation to include training plans, class materials, training aids, etc.
Experience using Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Experience with briefing to include executive meetings, organizations, and large groups in an auditorium setting.
