Job Description

Corporate Training & Organizational Development provides learning, talent & performance management, and team effectiveness support to Corporate groups in partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders. This includes a) training curriculum from individual contributor through Corporate leader, b) guidance, tools and resources for talent and performance management practices, and c) consulting and facilitation of team-level climate enhancement, design and change management needs.

The Organizational Development Specialist will be a member of the Corporate Training & Organizational Development team, reporting to the head Organizational Development for COO/CAO and Finance, and Corproate Talent, and will bring project management and analytical skills in support of organizational effectiveness practices at the leadership, team, and individual levels in partnership with T&OD partners, HR colleagues, business leaders and firm-wide counterparts. This individual will be supporting people-related strategies, including the assessment of organizational needs, the development of tools and resources, and the execution of initiatives and programs that enhance client effectiveness around:

The Organizational Development Specialist will leverage data analyses, business needs and innovative approaches to help foster strategies most likely to drive business objectives. More specifically, this person will support the high-quality and timely implementation of activities – including the development of practical tools for managers/employees, presentations, plans, research around best practices, and written documents/communications that support change efforts.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze business data/trends impacting performance, talent, climate, engagement and bench strength – and interpret trends
· Participate in client meetings as needed, acting as a contributor planning around people-related efforts (keeping aligned with internal practices and external industry trends)
· Align Corporate performance and talent management strategies, as appropriate, with respective partners/clients - including the development and implementation plans of related guidance, tools and training
· Proactively share/deliver innovative resources and solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline processes
· Work with partners to maximize communication plans, strategic messaging, and information sharing
· Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and customized training materials to partners and select clients, as appropriate
· Oversee project plans/milestones around client commitments, prompting timely execution
· Act as a franchise owner, supporting decisions and activities that best meet the overall needs of the firm
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years experience within the Human Resources field in a fast paced corporate environment
· Organizational Development experience preferred
· Masters degree preferred
· Superior analytic skills, project management skills, and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word
· Practical expertise in performance management, talent management, or team climate/engagement a plus
· Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with colleagues, partners and leaders/managers – particularly through concise written and verbal communications
· Innovative, creative and results oriented
· Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities – large capacity
· Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peers
