The Product Trainer will be part of a team responsible for the design and delivery of personalized and group training of customers and prospects on all OutSystems Product related topics, with a heavy emphasis on development using the OutSystems Agile Platform.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Assists the OutSystems Training team in the design and development of live and web-based courses and course content;
  • Acts as the main point of contact and trainer for OutSystems scheduled and on-demand training classes;
  • Be responsible for proactively delivering classes and assisting in instructor-led classes, coaching, e-learning, skills, assessment, and other technology methods that may be in use;

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Advanced-level knowledge and experience with web application development in either .Net or Java;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Education or related field;
  • 3+ years’ experience designing, developing and delivering class and virtual learning solutions using educational technologies;
  • eLearning experience preferred;
  • High level of customer service orientation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to adapt training to various learning styles and skill sets;
  • Knowledge of standard accounting firm applications including CCH, GoSystem and CRM a plus;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team;
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail and focus on quality;
  • Ability to create a design strategy from a training request that will provide the best learning results, based on the learning objectives;
  • Ability to travel in the US and Canada 10+ days per month;
  • Has a valid US Passport.
