Triton Technologies Inc. is seeking several outbound call center professionals!
The position involves making a mix of warm and cold calls to engage people in meeting with an outside sales representative regarding new products/services. This role supports sales representatives throughout the country; requiring strong attention to detail to ensure appointments are scheduled during times a representative is available. The schedule would be 40-hours per week.
- Outbound calling experience including collections, customer service call center, or telemarketing
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal / problem-solving skills and an ability to overcome objections
- Proficient level computer skills including Windows environment knowledge
- Prominent organization and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly energetic and self-starter
- Should have some flexibility to work within a 7:00 am to 7:00 pm schedule
