Outreach Representative - North Sacramento
The Outreach Representative's primary role is to conduct presentations to prospective students in an effort to get them excited to enroll in a degree program at the Academy of Art University.
75% travel required.
Consistently demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure students are prepared for school and ready to achieve academic success.
Conduct presentations and facilitate outreach programs for prospective students at high school and college locations/events
Attend specified Academy events both off-site and in San Francisco, including but not limited to Open Houses, Open Studios, College Fairs, Industry Events, and other specified events
Communicate accurate, current, and comprehensive product knowledge, including, for example, information about the Academy’s academic programs, resources available to assist students, internal processes and procedures, and Academy enrollment policies
Always act in manner that is fully compliant with state and federal regulations as well as those rules instituted by Academy’s accrediting and/or licensing bodies
Exhibit leadership skills and adherence to Academy policies and protocol when communicating with students or their family members.
Assist with the admissions application process offsite, and other admissions/marketing projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Must have excellent engaging presentation skills. Must enjoy working with people and have an outgoing personality.
Must be a proactive self-starter with great organizational skills.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible and able to immediately adjust to rapid changes.
Must have a valid Driver's license and good DMV record.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
