Maintenance Sales Representative |
ABM Building Solutions, an international HVAC solutions provider is searching for an experienced sales professional to call on CEO’s, building owners and upper level management throughout the local Orlando market. ABM targets the commercial, industrial, manufacturing and institutional markets with proactive, industry leading HVAC products and services that show our customers’ bottom line cost savings in their facility operating budget. Special emphasis is placed on assisting our customers in achieving a “Green” facility.
Primary Job Functions:
· Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level.
· Executive level presentations.
· Utilize a disciplined sales approach using the proven Linc process.
· Building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer’s perspective.
· Proposal generation and presentation.
· Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
· Cold calling experience
· Must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings.
· Must be self disciplined, results driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance.
· Leadership character along with the desire, ability and skills to manage the entire sales cycle is essential.
· Technical knowledge in the HVAC industry is preferred, however a mechanical aptitude is helpful.
