Outside Sales Representative

We service a 60-90 mile radius around Greenville, OH, and are looking for customer-focused, self-driven Outside Sales Representatives.

The Outside Sales Representative will interact with customers to establish lasting, ethical customer relationships to maximize our share of the customer’s potential and work to meet and exceed established sales and gross profit goals. He/She will become an integral part of each assigned account, understanding the customer’s business and needs, ensuring our role as their primary supplier. We have many different territories available for the right candidate(s).

Required Skills Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The necessary skills for this position are: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, relative comprehensive sales knowledge, organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented. This person must be able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers. They must be able to identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions, explain our value-added services, and secure orders

Required Experience Education, Training and Experience
  • 2 year degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years outside sales experience, contractor sales preferred
  • A proper and valid driver''s license for the vehicle(s) being driven
  • A driving record that demonstrates good driving skills in compliance with Company policy
  • Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center
  • Use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, customer contact files, and to analyze customer data
