Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation has an opening for a Professional
Outside Business to Business Sales person. Our outside
sales representatives are responsible for new business
development, managing a zip code based territory, and
attainment of sales goals and quotas.

Job Requirements:
As an Outside Sales Representative with UniFirst, you
must possess exceptional communication, negotiation and
time management skills and be able to follow our
specific and successful sales process. Our ideal Outside
Sales Representative can establish rapport with people
from all walks of life; wear different hats based on
each client’s needs and is open to coaching and advice.
Additional requirements for the Outside Sales

Representative include:
1-2 Years of Post Graduate Experience Required
Experience in account penetration (cold calling in
person, telephone, email, etc.) Required
1-2 Years of Business to Business Sales with emphasis on
new account acquisition experience Preferred
Documented Sales Success and Formal Sales Training
Preferred
Proficiency with iPad, computer skills plus working
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to sell, organize, motivate, and analyze sales
performance
Ability to develop sales strategies
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
