The Outside Sales Representative's duties include the following: Contacts new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific Wencor Group products.Multitasks with phone calls, emails, faxes, and data entry into the computer, and is proficient with Excel.Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, etc.Emphasizes product features based on analysis of customer's needs.Maintains customer profiles.Researches products and has fundamental understanding of their technical use. Helps with collections as needed.Establishes and Maintains good customer relations.Obtains competitive information and Intelligence at responsible accounts.Obtains new PMA development applications and understands Wencor/Dixie core competencies.Understands contracts and pursues both Purchasing and Development.Travels to customers 50% of time and visit Key customers per Visitation table based on customer potentials.
