Position requires six (6) to twelve (12) months of industrial painting related work experience and familiarity with a manufacturing environment. Experience in Powder Paint Application preferred.
- Painting and preparing parts and equipment for painting.
- Grind, repair dents and scratches, prime, mask off, clean and steam clean.
- Responsible for inventory associated with job.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of paint equipment.
Needs to be able to cope with stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance are maintained. Utilizes hand and power tools. Works in factory setting. Temperatures may be elevated, particularly in the summer months. Air supplied jump suit and hood, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear protection and hard hat are required equipment. Required to stand for long periods of time and manually lift/move/ manipulate parts in excess of 15 pounds.
