This is a part time position with approximately 15 hours per week, flexible schedule. Potential of 40 hours per week during summer season.
Responsible for payment distribution, billing functions, auditing, and resolving related issues. Ensures customer/agent compliance to governing policies and procedures, performing distribution audits and obtaining necessary outstanding documents.
•Distributes revenue in accordance with various regulations, policies, and procedures.
•High level of customer service skills and ability to coordinate and work with other associates effectively to maintain optimum work levels.
•Willing and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer conscious, high pressure environment.
•In a call center setting able to prioritize work to meet various goals and deadlines.
•Ability to follow process and procedures.
•Verify and confirm information and accurately input data.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
•Some college course work.
•One to two years experience in data entry or working in a financial environment.
•Strong analytical, decision-making, and written/verbal communication skills.
•Ability to coordinate and work effectively with others as part of a team.
•Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
•Able to develop specific goals and prioritize tasks and organize workload necessary to achieve goals.
•Working knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office suite products, in particular Word and Excel programs.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
•Associates degree in a business related field
•Working knowledge of key concepts and practices in the transportation industry.
