Position Summary:
Enter insurance on the pt level, checking effective and terminations dates. Employee will communicate effectively with patients, physicians and others regarding account inquiries; maintain proper documentation and coding or work performed; and at all times maintain a professional demeanor to assure that patients are treated in an appropriate and compassionate manner.

Education and/or Experience:
Six months in a medical practice or other related ambulatory health care setting with strong insurance experience needed.
Six months in related Customer Service Setting preferred

Knowledge/Skills:
Computer keyboard WPM 60,
10-key, other standard business machines,
Ability to work effectively with co-workers as a team member.
Ability to communicate clearly.
