Provides analytical and technical work in research, capacity planning, testing and deployment of PC hardware and software configurations to ensure successful integration with the corporate network infrastructure and PC client platform. Establishes policies and procedures to support the packaging, deployment, and recovery of the PC operating system and software applications. Administrates the change management process for ongoing updates to corporate PC configurations. Provides second level support to Association computer help desk. Assists Association employees in the use of hardware and software.
