Description of Position:
The PC-Ops analyst provides support for IT, coordinates delivery and installation schedules of all desktop and laptop systems in accordance with SLA(s). In addition, the analyst will perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.
The analyst will also assist with end-user questions and problems. The analyst will use remote tools where appropriate to provide site support. Lastly, the analyst will be responsible to update standard procedures for delivery and installation of systems.

Organizational Relationships:
Coordinates with NT Support, NT Security, App support, Change Management, Field Support, and Exchange Admin groups.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
o Become familiar with the facility as it relates to tasks and job responsibilities.
o MAC's "Moves, Adds, and Changes" Coordinate with facilities as necessary.
o Network implementation, installation, and maintenance for both hardware and software.
o As part of a team, ensure that, through daily work schedules and routines, SLA's are met.
o Provide manager with daily updates on tickets that have passed their SLA's.
o Document processes developed in completing a Project.
o Provide organization, where needed

Marginal Job Responsibilities:
o Manage projects as related to mobile device(s)
o The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years service related experience in a Client Server environment.
o Ability to provide leadership to site support analyst within the appropriate facilities.
o Learns quickly and can function with minimal to no supervision on a daily basis.
o Must have excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to successfully work with other team members and the ability to work flexible hours.
o Experience with Microsoft NT 4.0 Server\Workstation, Windows 98\2000\XP Operating Systems, Exchange Server\ Clients, IE 6.0, and Office 2000, Citrix, in a network environment.
o Solid PC troubleshooting abilities to component level.
o Must have good understanding of WAN\LAN environment. Proven experience in TCP\IP networking environment, using DHCP, WINS, and DNS.
o Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced corporate environment. Strong initiative, commitment, and a positive "whatever it takes" attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:
o Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent required.
o Mobile Device certification

Preferred Qualifications:
o Related technical education would be a plus.
o Experience with remote desktop management tools a plus.
o Mobile device certification
o Project Management certification
o Apple product certification
o Mac Integrations Basics
o Mountain Lion
o Apple cetification (Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)

Next Possible Position:
o PC-OPS Lead

Physical Requirements:
o Able to lift and install computer equipment, such as CPU's and monitors up to 20"
