Job Description

Millington, TN $16.00 - $18.00 hour

The Customer Service Desk Representative will perform all or some of the following Job description:
Prefer 1+ years experience
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on desktop workstations and laptops
Provide hardware and software support for the Company computer systems, peripherals, and printing devices
Install, configure and troubleshoot various software and hardware
Receive and resolve trouble calls, interfacing with users, identifying and resolving problems, escalating unresolved trouble tickets (Remedy and Service Manager 7, ticketing system) as appropriate and track calls
Monitor Remedy and Service Manager queues for new call tickets.
Provide local and remote desk support
Provide excellent customer service.
Must have Secret Clearance
MILL:
Normal working hours M-F 0800-1630.
Able to lift approximate 100lbs in a 2 person lift.

Successful candidates will have strong PC & Network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity problems quickly. Must have strong customer relations skills.
  • Must Pass a Background Check and Hair Sample Drug Screening.

  • Must possess, or be able to qualify for, a government security clearance.

  • We currently have needs for candidates with clearances at the Secret and Top Secret Level.

  • CompTIA Security + ce certification REQUIRED PRIOR TO HIRE.

  • Intermediate to Advanced positions. Your placement will be based on your training and previous performance.
