This position serves as a trusted advisor for the Bank with the overall purpose of providing consistent and accurate banking transactions while educating customers about STARâ€™s sales and service delivery options. Effectively matches customerâ€™s needs by referring and selling the appropriate products and services that will benefit the customer and enhance their banking relationship.
Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; minimum one year experience as a Teller and/or Personal Banker.
An Associates degree in a Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and more than one year experience as a Teller and/or Personal Banker is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in processing; proven sales ability to identify and recommend varying solutions; demonstrated technical ability to perform required duties and the ability to keep current on new products and all services offered; proficiency in computer skills to include windows based systems.
