The Power Generation Services (PGS) America's Risk Leader will:

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead short-term & long term Cum Catch pacing, consolidation, and variance reporting
  • Implement processes to improve Cum Catch pacing accuracy across sub-regions
  • Lead Americas fleet analytics (i.e. cost / outage backlog, billing projections, etc.) and ownership of terms & conditions database for Americas contracts
  • Lead Continuous Actuals (CA) Regional finance and operating team to understand trends, risk, opportunities, and variances to estimates.
  • Perform portfolio level risk reviews of operating parameters, cost variances, and escalation
  • Partner with Policy 6.0 team to analyze significant portfolio margin change drivers
  • Lead communication and training for all margin review / continuous actuals policy & process changes
  • Be a key liaison between HQ Risk and Americas Ops / Finance teams
  • Provide finance leadership to support continuous actuals evolution (i.e. ICAM integration)
  • Ensure effective implementation of centralized escalation tool
  • Partner with Risk team to implement an integrated / ongoing customer risk review process
  • Create metrics to drive enhance predictability of and visibility to portfolio changes. Quantify financial impact

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in a financial position
