The PGS Digitization Parts ERP Program Leader is responsible for leading the design and implementation of various Oracle Modules for the respective Services Operations Parts Business establishing a global contemporary business solution for all Parts business segments and functional area. Supporting all the process re-engineering initiatives to drive productivity and process standardization, establish & execute rollout schedules for future implementation waves and responsible to drive success.

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
  • Partner with key PGS business functions globally (such as Parts, Repairs, Finance, Sourcing, etc.) in order to deliver business centric solutions that meet requirements of all stakeholders
  • Leverage and implement Oracle ERP and other software solution best practices across GE
  • Lead and contribute to GE operating cycles of Growth Playbook, S2, Op plan and Session C and be a thought leader driving innovation and change
  • Drive critical path decisions, make recommendations and influence program leaders and functional process owners to maximize project impact, drive simplification and standardization efforts for all digitization initiatives
  • Partner with IT , functional and Parts regional leaders to set the vision for system implementation of the new generation of Parts ERP
  • Effectively integrate into all Accord initiatives to support and drive common design and develop alternative solutions to drive all respective parts ERP modules implementation considering all interdependencies for Accord and Parts
  • Streamline redundant business processes through application of lean six sigma principles
  • Support to deliver reporting solutions that simplify complex operational and financial business processes
  • Identify and solution processes to provide real-time job costing visibility, support CSA and parts fulfillment operational productivity
  • Follow GE Six-sigma Tollgate process and contribute to Tollgate deliverables
  • Support project management, planning, and operating rhythm deliverables including frequent communication and presentations to functional and IT team members, project leadership, suppliers, and business stakeholders

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree of Arts & Science in Computer Science & Business from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years of Oracle ERP experience with Operations, Fulfillment and/or Supply Chain Functions
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with the Repairs business in GE Power & Water
  • Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Green Belt Certified (GE Employees only)

    Desired Characteristics
  • Minimum of 5 years of functional experience leading core repair process and Oracle ERP system improvements
  • Technical and functional experience with supporting repairs processes and systems; specifically Oracle 12 , Order Management , Sourcing and Warehouse modules
  • Minimum of 1 year of Agile methodology experience
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different technologies at a time
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change
  • Strong critical thinking / problem solving skills
