The PGS Digitization Project Manager is responsible for leading the design and implementation of key logistics, planning and warehousing digitization initiatives for PGS, supporting transforming the logistics, cost saving and cost tracking processes and ERP platforms to drive productivity and process standardization. Focus on digitizing lean and re-engineered processes, implementing contemporary business solution for the respective business segments of PGS.
In addition, you will:
Partner with IT and functional stakeholders to set the vision for digitization initiatives for logistics , planning and warehouse
Provide leadership and project level direction for respective digitization programs in relation to logistics, planning and warehouse, or any other project in relation to the wing to wing fulfillment processes defined by the business
Effectively work together with all internal and external stakeholders and customers, coordinate all project management, planning and project execution efforts to drive success
Indirectly manage a globally dispersed GE team, functional experts with diverse backgrounds and experiences
Influence internal and external suppliers, service providers and resources to drive project execution and success
Support and contribute to GE operating cycles of Growth Playbook, S2, Op plan and Session C and be a thought leader driving innovation and change
Drive business process & operational rhythm transformation, drive change and assure functional ownership and process control pre and post program implementation
Prepare and execute operational proof of concept to select the most contemporary system solution for the defined business needs
Deliver reporting solutions that simplify complex operational and financial business processes to track and analyze logistics and transportation related costs and develop business solution to collect cost by the smallest level of event defined by the business
Follow GE Six-sigma Tollgate process and contribute to Tollgate deliverables
Support project management, planning, and operating rhythm deliverables including frequent communication and presentations to functional and IT team members, project leadership, suppliers, and business stakeholders
Bachelors of Arts or Science degree in Computer Science & Business from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 4 years of Oracle ERP experience with Operations, Fulfillment and/or Supply Chain Functions
Minimum of 4 years of experience with the Repairs business in GE Power & Water
Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience
Green Belt certified (GE Employees only)

Minimum of 5 years of functional experience leading core repair process and Oracle ERP system improvements
Technical and functional experience with supporting repairs processes and systems; specifically Kronos, SAP
Minimum of 1 year of Agile methodology experience
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across different technologies at a time
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt to / drive change across a global team in a dynamic business environment
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to excel in a team environment and across a matrix organization
