To coordinate the operational functions and activities of the Pharmacy Services Department under the supervision and guidance of the department directorand to fulfill all other job requirements as outlined in the pharmacicst job description.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy and licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Indiana. PharmD degree is desirable, but not required. Previous experience in departmental operations processes is required.
Three to Five years experience as a hospital pharmacist preferable and 2-4 years experience in IU Health LaPorte Hospital Pharmacy Services will be considered an asset.
