This Marketing position functions as the primary point of contact for Physician Group (“PG”) management (Director/Practice Managers) marketing and communication needs. This position participates in the planning and development of Physician Group marketing and communication strategies and collaborates with Directors and Physician Group practice managers.
- BA or BS degree in Marketing or equivalent Preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years in Marketing and customer relations management role Required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Works with Marketing and PG management to develop an annual strategic PG marketing and outreach plan.
Works with PG management to create customized marketing plans specific to each PG physician to best promote that physician in the community.
In collaboration with PG management, PR Liaison is responsible for announcing all new employed physician to the community and referring physicians.
Works with Marketing and PG management to develop PG-related marketing activities/events such as health fairs, community lectures, PR events, etc.
Collaborates with PG management to execute marketing plans and marketing activities/events. More specifically the PR Liaison will be responsible for the execution of the plan/event and the PG management will be responsible for coordinating physicians and practice operations for such events.
Initiates relationships with independent physicians, facilitating introductions and meetings between independent physicians and employed physicians through PG management.
Stewards relationships with independent physicians, educates, promotes and reminds those physicians as to what the hospital offers in the way of facilities and services, through regular personal visits and other contact mediums.
Reports data on all independent physicians including PR Liaison visits, independent physician’s referrals and event incomes for all current independent physician in the NAH service area.
Performs other related duties as assigned by VP of Development and Marketing.
