Provide quality guest service at all Star Award counter locations by being knowledgeable about the Star Award program and the casino and by being efficient, informative and helpful. Promote the Star Award Program by recruiting for, enrolling in and informing players of the operation of the program. Actively support the successful implementation of promotions, special events, gaming tournaments, winner’s celebrations, etc.
Establish accurate accounts for players based on data entry guidelines, issue cards and explain the program to them.
Update accounts with information changes and obtain missing information on player accounts.
Answer questions about Star Award program, gaming sessions, transportation services, parking facilities, and all promotions, special events, gaming tournaments and casino property functions.
Participate in promotions, special events, and gaming tournaments as assigned.
Perform other designated tasks as assigned to you my management
