We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager at our Dane County Regional Airport location in Madison, WI. We are seeking an individual with leadership skills and the desire to motivate and manage people. The individual should have well-developed communication skills, good judgment and problem solving abilities.
As an Assistant Manager you will aid in the development and direction of the Madison Airport staff and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities at the Airport location. Under the direction of the Station Manager you will help to encourage a positive team environment and aid in the development of sales skills for our Rental Sales Agents through training, coaching, motivating and example setting.
Wages will be commensurate with experience.
