Production responsibilties to include utilizing all kitchen equipment properly to ensure a quality product is produced. Use standardized recipes and generally accepted cooking methods.
Strict attention is given to product quality, portion control and temperature maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED .
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience in large scale institutional or high volume food service operation.
- Food safty certified
