Position Description:
Production responsibilties to include utilizing all kitchen equipment properly to ensure a quality product is produced. Use standardized recipes and generally accepted cooking methods.

Strict attention is given to product quality, portion control and temperature maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED .
  • Minimum 2 years cooking experience
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years cooking experience in large scale institutional or high volume food service operation.
  • Food safty certified
