Vistex delivers stylish innovative addons to SAP application functionality that allows customers to fully exploit the strengths and potential of their SAP solutionbased systems Vistex leverages its extensive business and technical expertise to deliver unprecedented solutions to users of SAP applications who demand enhanced value from their installed systems Founded in early 1999 and headquartered in Hoffman Estates IL Vistex solutions have been deployed by numerous SAP customers Since its inception Vistex has a proven track record of working with SAP to exceed customer expectations Located across the USA Germany and India Vistex professionals are dedicated to providing highend customer support and services PMO Analyst Job Description Under direction is responsible for supporting PMO team with planning tracking and managing the operational activities of the consutling projects resources and budgeting Job Responsibilities Responsible for administrative functions of the PMO including document management tool administration and ensuring quality and accuracy of information on project portfolio follows processes for project definition planning execution closure and archiving of project documents Coordinating project resource on boarding roll offs training activities Supporting PMO in analysis reporting and continuous process improvements Supporting financial controls and project budgeting for all projects Assists senior members of the PMO with facilitating and coordinating project activities including project reviews schedules analysis and tracking relays project requirements procedures deadlines and other important details to project team through meetings presentations written documents or other means of communication assists individuals playing the role of project manager in establishment and maintenance of project schedules that include deliverables identified milestone and tasks resource assignments and time allocations Running (independently) smaller parts of larger projects creating and maintaining project schedules coordinating work across multiple technical disciplines Ability to multitask between multiple projects Provides overall administration function to the PMO including distribution and maintaining standard PMO formats and project templates Performs other job related duties as required Job Qualifications Minimum of 2 yrs in PMO environment Minimum 2 years experience with project methodology and management Experience in project governance Experience with creating and maintaining templates Experience in implementing a new tool and managing it would be a plus Exceptional organizational personal and communication skills required Minimum of 2 yrs with experience in Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint required Bachelors degree required Experience handling software IT projects preferred Experience in SAPERP system preferred Experience working in consulting services preferred Travel None Local Candidates only You may also apply directly to rashmibhatnagarvistexcom mailtorashmibhatnagarvistexcom Ph 847 490 4020
