Learn and assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with business analysis and/or project management. Tasks may include the following:
Help coordinate the planning, execution, and closing of a project.
Assist Project Managers with project administration tasks.
Provide business and technical analysis for system and product changes.
Collect the appropriate amount of information from stakeholders for minor system and product changes through meetings and interviews.
Assist with analyzing stakeholders’ needs to define solutions that meet those needs.
Work with the business to prioritize and organize requirements in an understandable format.
Identify the appropriate format for solution requirements.
Assess proposed solutions and identify implementation needs.
Identify areas to improve processes.
Pursuing a four-year professional degree with a concentration on business analysis, information technology and/or general management.
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, work management and analytical skills.
Must possess ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines.
Software experience preferred (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Adobe).
