Performs sleep study scoring as required by Lead Technologist. Provides administrative support to Sleep Center physicians and staff. Coordinates patient scheduling and appointment confirmation. Participates in maintenance of AASM accreditation, quality assurance initiatives, and databases for the Sleep Center.
Candidates with a strong customer service background, including insurance and billing, preferred. Will train skills included in sleep study scoring.
Minimum of three years experience in customer service setting, preferably two years receptionist experience in Health Care setting, including experience with office equipment.
BLS within 30 days.
Minimum of 2 years experience in health care setting, preferably in medical insurance and/or patient accounts preferred.
