s Retail, Inc. is hiring a Power Sports Service Manager for our new Retail Showroom, opening summer 2013, in Green Bay, WI.
This position is a critical link to our customers.
Responsible for managing the Service, Parts and Rigging operations of the Power Sports department housed inside Cabela’s retail showroom.
Supervises daily activities of department by:
assigning and scheduling all rigging, warranty and service work orders.
Responsible for hiring, sourcing, training and scheduling of all service personnel. Insures thoroughness and delivery of assigned tasks on a timely basis. Monitors and analyzes all expenses, sale of cost of goods, receivables, and parts inventory levels, warranty claims submitted and received.
Partners with Corporate Merchants in inventory needed for the repairs.
Ensures filing and monitoring systems are established. Maintains a safe, clean and secure work environment. Maintains technicians school records and schedules classes as needed. Continually updating changes to stay current with the industry. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge of Marine/ATV Service Industry.
Previous service management experience, manufacturer certifications.
Extensive knowledge of company products and individual product features.
Ability to manage and motivate personnel.
Skill in operating personal computers and specific software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and various business contacts in a courteous, professional, and positive manner.
