Education or Training Required:

High School diploma or equivalent required; some technical school or college courses

preferred, with training in MP2 preferred, Microsoft word etc.

Experience Required (Length & Type)

Minimum 2 years experience focusing on customer service, and accounting experience

required.

Skills Required

Ability to organize, work under pressure and consistently use good customer service

skills. Must have excellent problem-solving skills. Must be able to account for all

equipment that leaves the room by performing cycle counts and proper inventory

adjustments. Bilingual is not required but would be beneficial.

Will supervise and manage employees in the supply room.

Summary of Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Responsible for issuing production equipment to employees and new hires. Will

maintain accurate filing system for all employees at the company, including recording of

equipment returned/dispersed. Maintain inventories of all supplies through proper issues,

receipts, and timely cycle counts. The employee supply room is open through all hours/days

of production. Will supervise and manage employees in the supply room, including scheduling

and assuring adequate coverage. Will interact with management at all levels. Flexible to

adjust to covering each shift vacation and illness scheduling. Able to manage schedules.
