The Customer Service Representative is a primary point of contact for the Auxilio Managed Print Services Program at one or more JHHS facilities. Works closely with the Resident Manager, Technical Service Representative, third party vendors, various JHHS departments and the greater Auxilio team to ensure service delivery objectives are met. Minimum of two years Customer Service experience. Experience in computer industry, consulting, or call center helpful. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a valid Maryland Driver's License with satisfactory DMV record. Any technical certifications a plus.
