PRODUCT MANAGER, CONSUMER MKTG ORENCIA(Job Number: 1300050)
Partner with market research to understand ORENCIA patient journey and develop consumer insights. Develop strategy, lead execution, and track analytics for ORENCIA advertising campaign. Manage TV campaign development. Manage General Awareness (TV and Print) media. Manage overall consumer marketing budget. Serve as consumer point for annual Brand Planning process. Partner with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory reviewers, as well as other stakeholders, to assure that brand messages and tactics meet the highest ethical standards.
MBA or other advanced business degree and at least 3 years pharmaceutical marketing or marketing/commercial support-related experience OR BA/BS and at least 5years pharmaceutical marketing or marketing/commercial support-related experience. Demonstrated experience successfully leading complex projects from inception to implementation in a matrix environment. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Rheumatoid Arthritis therapy area experience preferred. Excellent oral and written presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Demonstrated business analysis skills; Solid business/financial acumen. Acts with a sense of accountability and urgency. Knowledge and experience in navigating the regulatory approval process and other relevant codes of practice. Clear understanding of the BMS organization, policies, and experience with internal BMS processes and systems including Mercury, ONYX, SAP, SRM and RPM is preferred.
