Position Overview:

You will provide upstream (primary) and downstream (secondary) marketing support to new product development initiatives in the Vital Signs Monitoring Systems category.

In this new position you will enable achievement of an aggressive short term product development and commercialization schedule. Longer term you will help establish a “Systems” capability within the category.

Key Responsibilities:

Leveraging your experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans you will initially provide tactical support for new product development and launch in the Vital Signs Systems Monitoring category

Working to an aggressive new product development and commercialization schedule, you will be involved in multiple Go to Market (GTM) work streams related to market research, product development, system readiness, product and pricing enablement and creation of sales tools including collateral materials.

With focus on hospital (acute care) markets, you will travel with and support our sales team, develop and execute marketing plans, create sales tools and educational materials, develop sales forecasts, and launch new products.

A key objective will be to gain in depth technical knowledge, including functionality of our solutions deployed across the EVDS – Surveillance Monitoring and Respiratory Monitoring category. This will require becoming knowledgeable of the hospital Med Surg environment. You will be the primary customer contact during clinical beta site testing

You will apply your Product Management tool set to develop requirements and solve problems from a system level perspective. Your awareness of the changing medical marketplace, gained from competitive reviews of medical systems, will help you to provide comprehensive solutions to customers, train field sales, and champion cross-functional marketing systems solutions.

Required Background:

A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing (MBA preferred) and progressively more responsible product or marketing management (ideally in the medical hospital market) is required along with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Clinical knowledge and/or applications experience is a plus

Solid foundation in the 4 P's of marketing is essential
