Frontier Secure Product Managers and Specialists have a lead role in partnering with the Program Director developing strategy, definition, and implementation of Frontier Secure products and services designed to protect all aspects of digital living; the customers, their devices and content.

This role will also work closely with Frontier Secure partners and vendors to deliver compelling products that deliver value and delight consumer and commercial customers.

Understanding what customers want and communicating those needs to the program office and Frontier Secure leadership in a clear and precise way is critical to this role as well as managing and taking ownership of market research, customer satisfaction and collaborating with vendors to meet product and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include:

•Provide product expertise internally and externally supporting product events, and other outbound activities as required

•Assist in the development of marketing sales tools and collateral, including training, rebranding technical documentation/white papers (where applicable) and FAQs to ensure successful product launches and updates

•Creating and developing relationships with finance, training, call center, and other organizational resources

•Identifying stakeholder leads/Sponsors to your products (decisions makers within the stakeholder groups)

•Provide clear and concise communications both written and verbally

•Develop key resources within the partner/vendors

•Capturing customer feedback on products and build commercial customer references where applicable

Experience in:

•Competitive positioning - Market profile, customer segments, competitive analysis, value proposition, positioning strategy

•Branding strategy - Keep our collateral in sync, organized website, proposal and campaign delivery

•Pricing - Reflect our value vs. the competition, enable achievement of revenue and market-share goals, and maximize profit margins

•Distribution - Primarily focus on internal sales rollout, revenue projections and reporting

•Go-to-market Plan - Taking the lead to define a detailed roadmap, GTM strategies, activities and projected results
