***2nd and 3rd shift*** Seasonal positions
Assist in Production operations, by preparing product for production and inventory
1. Load and unload trucks
2. Unbox, sort and label product
3. Load product onto production lines
4. Palletize equipment
5. Maintain cleanliness of work area
6. Ensure quantity of throughput, quality, and accuracy meet Redemtech standards and the
needs of the customer
7. Support safety and loss prevention program
8. Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Computer
literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. (Preferred: Previous experience in a
production environment.)
Physical: Ability to regularly stand at least eight hours per day. Ability to reach and to grasp or handle objects, tools or controls. Ability to frequently walk, stoop or kneel and to occasionally climb stairs or ladders. Ability to work schedules that include all hours of operation and other hours as needed. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Ability to adjust focus. Color vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, and close vision to read bar codes, manuals, etc.
Ability to work in conditions typical of a fast-paced high technology warehouse environment, including moderate noise levels and variable temperatures.
