Manage the front desk and reception area of a high traffic, student- oriented advising office. Provide administrative support and respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, referring to the appropriate staff member as necessary. Process academic forms and other paperwork for undergraduate students and supervise student employees. This position is 37.5 hours per week.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, a high degree of professionalism, strong customer service and communication skills, and one to three years of experience.
